MONSE is a personal finance organization service that processes statements, bills, and financial files you upload to categorize and visualize your spending. Privacy is not a product detail: it is part of the core promise.

2. Your control over data

  • You choose what to upload: MONSE does not require mandatory bank connection or Open Finance to work.
  • Your data remains yours: your files, transactions, and financial information belong to you.
  • No file sales: your files are not sold, rented, or shared for advertising.
  • Delete when needed: you can delete your account and request removal of related data at any time.
  • No external training: your files are not used to train external AI models.

3. What data we collect

  • Account data: email, password, and information needed to maintain your account.
  • Uploaded files: statements, bills, PDFs, images, or spreadsheets that you choose to upload.
  • Transaction data: date, description, amount, category, and information extracted from the files.
  • Profile settings: monthly income, goals, due dates, and preferences you provide.
  • Anonymous usage events: visited pages, device type, product actions, and experience errors, without name, email, tax ID, or financial data inside event properties.

4. How we use your data

  • Financial dashboard: to show your personalized money view.
  • Automatic analysis: to calculate indicators, detect patterns, and suggest next steps.
  • Category review: to let you adjust categories and improve the reading of your spending.
  • Support and security: to solve issues, investigate errors, and protect your account.

5. Security

Data is stored with user-level access controls. Communication uses HTTPS, and record access is protected by database security policies.

6. Your rights

  • Access: you can request a copy of the data we keep about your account.
  • Correction: you can update incorrect information.
  • Deletion: you can request removal of your account and related data.
  • Portability: you can request your data in a structured format.
  • Privacy rights: we treat these rights as real user control, not hidden bureaucracy.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. After account deletion, related data is permanently removed within up to 30 days.
