1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Monse, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Monse is a personal finance analysis platform. You upload statements, bills, screenshots, or spreadsheets and receive automatic categorization, hallazgos, and recommendations. Monse does not perform financial transactions, store bank credentials, or access your bank account.

3. Permitted use

Use the platform for personal and lawful purposes.
Upload only files you have the right to use.
Do not use the service for fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or violation of third-party rights.

4. Plans and billing

When you create an account, you may receive a MONSE Pro trial period. After the trial, full access may require an active subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe, and cancellation can be managed in account settings.

5. Limitation of liability

Monse hallazgos are informational and do not constitute financial, accounting, or legal advice. Financial decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Intellectual property

The Monse brand, code, copy, and algorithms belong to Monse. The financial data you upload remains yours.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when necessary. Relevant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform.
